An eight-day French mantle clock of excellent quality, contained in an ormolu and silvered case. The striking of the hours and half hours on a bell is controlled by a countwheel, and the pendulum is provided with silk suspension. Fully overhauled and in first class condition throughout. Made by "Godfroy a Darnetal" Circa 1825. Overall dimensions 14 1/2" x 10" x 4".
